Resilience
Having the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties makes life more bearable, work more enjoyable, and adversity easier to recover from. I am referring to being resilient. You can get better at being resilience
Try 3 practices, if used when you face challenges, that can help you build resilience:
1. Focus on what is good in the situation – look at what you can control. Ignore what you can’t control.
2. Know, you are not alone, we all face adversity at some time or another. Avoid “Why me?”
3. Check in and ask yourself, “Is what I am doing helping me or hurting me?”. Only continue doing what is helping.
