Feedback & Resonance
Have you noticed how hard it is to receive feedback? Feedback becomes valuable when it resonates. To resonate with something describes increased harmony with that something. To resonate with somebody is to be similar to what someone thinks or believes. Trusting your resonance is a bit like trusting your intuition. If something resonates with you, that something is an excellent gift for you to consider, ponder and potentially use. If you do not resonate with someone or something, politely ignore, rather than expending your energy arguing or defending your position. This way you are more likely to keep receiving feedback.
