Daydreaming
Daydreaming is a series of pleasant thoughts about something you would prefer to be doing or something you might like to achieve. Daydreaming boosts creativity and problem-solving skills. Have we, as adults lost the ability to daydream? There are so many pressures to be busy, to get stuff done. Maybe we are missing out on the joy and our best creative thoughts by not allowing the space and time to open our minds to whatever? To be receptive to new ideas. It helps your mind wander to thoughts and areas that it might not wander if you had not set aside time for daydreaming.
